Warm Water: Hydrotherapy

Open to all adults

Our warm water hydrotherapy offers a warm, accessible space for you to stay active and comfortable. Perfect for those managing arthritis, recovering from injury, or seeking gentle movement support.

During these 1.5 hour self-directed sessions, you can bring your own set of exercises and tailor the experience to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether your focus is on improving mobility, building strength, or reducing pain, our hydrotherapy sessions are here to support you.

Sessions:

Monday: 12:15pm-1:45pm

Wednesday: 12:15pm-1:45pm

Friday: 12:15pm-1:45pm

Warm Water: Lane

Open to all adults

Our Warm water lanes are perfect for individuals who enjoy walking, practicing strength and stretching movements for rehabilitation, or simply getting in the water for a swim. Held in our warm, all-year-round pool with convenient ladder access, these sessions offer a comfortable and supportive environment for your water-based activities.

As a bonus, our Warm Water Lane Sessions often take place near our Babies Classes, filling the air with the delightful sounds of smiling, singing, and laughter—adding an uplifting touch to your morning routine.

​Sessions run weekday mornings from 9:30am-11:30am and require a booking to secure your spot in the pool.

Adult Classes

Open to all adults

Our Adult Swim Program is designed for students of all levels, from beginners learning the basics to advanced swimmers refining their technique. With small class sizes, students benefit from personalized guidance, building confidence while receiving plenty of feedback from our skilled adult instructors.

The program focuses on developing fundamental water skills, with each student progressing at their own pace toward stroke correction and advanced techniques. With an all-abilities-inclusive approach, we ensure a supportive and fun environment where every swimmer can achieve their goals and feel comfortable in the water.

This program normally runs in the mornings, outside our core opperating hours.

Private Classes

3yrs4mths+

Our Private Swim Classes are designed for children who require additional support beyond a group setting. With a focus on building fundamental swimming skills through a specialized, individualized approach, these sessions provide dedicated instruction and personalized care in a safe and supportive environment to help every child thrive in the water.
To help us help you find the best fit, please consider the following:

  • Why are you seeking a private class instead of a group class?

  • What extra support does your child need?

  • What is your availability?

  • What swim skills does your child already have?

We have more flexibility to accommodate private 1:1 classes in our morning program. Afternoon spaces are limited, as our instructors are primarily dedicated to group classes during this time.

In some cases, depending on the child and their needs, we may recommend a small, mainstream group class. Often, a caring and understanding instructor can provide the support your child needs in a group environment.
